CORE WP7 Policy Paper

Project CORE aims to reduce health inequalities in the EU by supporting inclusive, community-driven approaches. WP7 focused on identifying legal, regulatory, and structural barriers that hinder CL/CB service delivery for HIV, viral hepatitis, STIs, and TB.
This brief draws on data from 27 EU countries collected in 2022–2023 through a standardised questionnaire and desk research reflecting the state of affairs. It offers a concise overview of key challenges and proposes actionable policy reforms.
